The easy use of LOC allows immediate action by the cleaning and sanitation team, after viewing possible contaminants, and can perform the illumination as many times as necessary. There is no need to use special PPE as it is within a safe range of ultraviolet light. It does not use any type of reagent liquid to view contamination. Its use directs the collection of Swabs for microbiological analysis and ATP, increasing the assertiveness of collections and analyses. It helps to guarantee and validate cleaning, fulfilling the visually clean stage and also in the quality of processes and products (increased shelf-life).
